    X-Box one getting worse


    My X-box one is doing it again. Signing me out after only being logging in for 10 minutes. Last time this happened you had that is was due to me using a gift card to pay for my one year service. This time (the last 3 hours) nothing on your site, no error
    messages. I am really frustrated at this machine. All you update to it have done nothing but make it worse. It was so much better before all the updates 2017/2018. I hope you will learn that you should test out the updates before you take them live. I hope
    I will get some type of compensation for my lost time and all the stress this is causing me and my family. We use this machine for gaming and for our entertainment. So not only can we not play games we can not watch any t.v programs for more than 10 minutes
    at a time. If anyone can help or even guide us to a way to keep this from happening I would be very happy. Thank you.

    X box updates

    My nephew kept getting update message every time he turned x box on. After one week he updated and now x box wont work. Any help please

    Error code 0x80070490 on an X Box One?

    I am getting this error on my X Box One and all support items show it to be for 360. Is this an X Box Live issue? How do I resolve it?

    One option is to try to get a new power supply diretly from microsoft, the other option is to get a power converter to use it.

    I lost my account and need help with the recovery questions

    Whenever I select that I used X-Box it gives me two options. 1. X-Box 360 2. X-Box One. I didn't use any X-Box's on this account.

    But I was wondering how much evidence I need to get my account back. I filled in 4 passwords but that seems that you need more evidence. I didn't use skype, I didn't use outlook I didn't use an X-Box 360 or X-Box one and the only thing I bought was Minecraft when it still belonged to mojang.
