X box one game discs

I have watchdogs and red dead redemption 2 i put the discs in but nothing comes up on the console my discs are not damaged in any way e.g no scratches or smudges on the discs the console is reading my other games why not these

My x box one won't read any disc .I try x box one games,I try blu-ray ect.. keeps saying error. who do I contact someone about this?

I have tested 4 discs and happens on them all

Will not let me install games with the disc either

I play the game on two different X Box One consoles and a PS4 with no problems. Have 6 other friends (1P.C., 2 PS4, and 3 X Box One.) that play with no problems. Comes to a 100% satisfaction rate! Are you sure you're not sticking the disc into the toaster?

Over the years I've seen the suggestions of

Go to settings/devices & connections/blu ray. Then clear persistent storage.

Uninstall and reinstall the blu ray app.

Hold down the power button on the front of the console for ten seconds. Wait for everything to turn off. Once everything has shut down for a couple of minutes unplug the cord from the back of the power brick. Wait another couple of minutes, reconnect
the cord to the back of the power brick. Press the power button on the front of the xbox.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. If this is happening I suggest trying the steps outlined in our

disc error solution.

If that doesn't do the trick, I suggest resetting the console back to it's
factory defaults.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.
