    When I take finger off for about 2 seconds the right joystick starts to go up. (Not physically but the games act like I am pushing it up.) This happens with all of my controllers (both wired and wireless). Also on multiple games. Have tried cleaning
    controllers but doesn't resolve issue. Any tips/ suggestions?

    Analogue Stick Drift - Have you had it?

    No drift on any of my X Box One controllers, including the one with over 3,000 hours of use; wish I had that good luck with the 360 controllers.

    You can always try troubleshooting on the controllers ,sometimes you set the offset on analogs

    stick drift is common in the Xbox One controllers.

    if they are less than 90 days old I would recommend starting a support ticket to get them repaired through the warranty

    follow the
    Troubleshooting Guide Here     and make sure you are signed into your Microsoft/Xboox Live account. if you go through all the steps by clicking on the option for That Didn't Work, it will take you to the option to request a repair/replacement.

    if the controller is over 90 days old then you could see if a local video game/pc shop has a repair service as that will probably be cheaper than a new controller

    Stick drift is pretty common sadly. I had to have a few of mine fixed through ebay :(

    Thank you!! Wired controllers are fixed. Wireless still has some drift though.
