X box one crashing

My X box one is 6 months old. For the last few weeks during every game of Fortnite. The screen freezes, the game screen is replaced by what looks like ‘christmas lights’ then seconds later the x box shuts itself off. This has now happened on Red dead
redemption. Ive uninstalled games, uninstalled profiles, reset x box. Done everything imaginable. Has anyone else had this issue, is it an internal issue perhaps? Desperate for help!

Does event always occur at same spot? - as for "Crashing" if it crashes to x-box dashboard usually a cd issue. If it freezes on save, it may be having too much junk on one character (like 10 of each weapon) or it is more prone to crash the longer you play
it (this happens to me)

Also are you using the old system like me? then crash may be heat issue - Send to an official X-box repair representative if you believe this is the case. Older systems (and some of the newer ones) have horrible heat-sync compound

I tried external.. tried internal.. tried reinstall.. also tried on a 2 year old Xbox series x and on one less than a year.. but new out of the box..

Both xboxes are clean.. but it still crashes.. in fact while sitting herd answering you I have the Game on.. but not doing anything with co

ntroller and it crashes..
