    X Box ONE controllers analog stuck on "up"


    Problem happens while playing games or in game menus.....players will go up when I am pushing down or wont react at all......while in some menus, the right analog stick is stuck going "up"...

    This on multiple games.....

    and on ALL THREE controllers I have tried.....wired and wireless.

    HELP!!!

    XBox One controller - left joystick stuck

    Thanks. I opened one of them up since it wasn't under warranty and used compressed air. It didn't help at all. But the fact that this has happened across three separate controllers is a problem.

    "X Box on" set up stuck after choosing brand of TV

    Trying to get X Box One to get past this setting. Every time I choose my brand of TV, it gets stuck and seems to not recognize my TV. Have to turn off power and start over and same thing happens. Any advice?

    Hey, I'm sorry to tell you, but you most likely have a faulty controller and it should be replaced. There are quite some people suffering from the same problem. Anyway, to request a new controller, click here:
    myservice.xbox.com/.../managedevice.aspx and follow the instructions on the screen.

    Oh, sorry I forgot that updating the controller is only of use when setting up your last generation headset :/ I apologise for my stupidity X Box ONE controllers analog stuck on "up" :(

    Are you really sure that your controller isn't faulty? Is there any way you can test your controller elsewhere? (Like at a friends house). Maybe a friend can test his controller on your Xbox One?
