    X-box Not Working Right?


    My X-Box 1 Erased My Cod:Ghost Campain Save And Everyone I Start Playing It Makes Me Adjust My Brightness And Screen Size My Online Profile Is Ok And My Save Is Still On My 360 What's Up With That. And Now My Forza 5 Won't Get Past The Loading Scree It
    Keeps Telling Me There Was An Unknown Error. I Downloaded X-box Fitness And It Keeps Telling Me It Can Not Connect To The Internet So Tried Ethernet Cable And It Still Says It Can Not Connect But When I Test Connection It Says It's All Good. I'm Really Getting
    Mad This Was A Valentine Gift From My Wife And Now It's Not Working Right And I Have No Clue How To Go About Getting This Fixed Or Anything Really Need Help Here Microsoft

    couple months old updated it now won't play games lost all games on it my special needs son is devasted

    X-box Not Working Right?

    First of all I would try a factory reset if you are experiencing this many errors. I had similar errors after a couple of weeks when I first got my console at launch.

    Details on how to factory reset can be found here:

    support.xbox.com/.../reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    (don't worry about losing game saves, they are all backed up on the cloud and it will sync them when you start a game)

    If you still get similar errors after this I'd suggest registering your console for repair as you could have a faulty hard drive. You can do that by going to
