    really need help let my nephew one x box one this morning he has played before with no issues. He said he turned it off then back on and now the controller won't work it's on and switches the console on and off but won't move around the home screen. It also
    looks like the account is signed in but when you use voice commands to sign out it says all accounts signed out. And then if you try signing in it doesn't bring up any accounts to sign into. Really hope someone can help or my other half is gonna kill me! Thanks

    DirecTV and Xbox One: will not change channels

    In retrospect, during the initial setup, the directv box did not respond to the channel up command. I suppose that is the source of the problem. I continued responding no when the device asked if the box was responding. After about 6 attempts it asked
    for the model of the directv box which is HR34700. Still open for suggestions.....
