    xbox are such jerks when it comes to helping you. You feed them money like heroin junkies just to play there dam system and they treat you with such disrespect. Like the jerk who hung up on me cause he is so bad at his job he could not help at all. Like
    buddy you have a job cause of the gamers. And now I call back and your saying that there's no record of my call and then hang up again. I'm going to post and post and post about this untill someone who cares about the Microsoft company responds in a normal
    matter.

    How fast is your internet? Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test What kind of internet? Cellular/Radio/D.S.L./Cable/Satellite? If it's Satellite, hang it up, your latency would only ruin other peoples fun if you got into a match.
    According to the box my original X Box One came in, the minimum download speed is 1.5Mbs. If your playing online I would recommend no lower than 1.5Mbs down, 1.0Mbs up, and no more than 100m.s. ping/latency; and that's assuming your just using the X Box with
    no one in the house using the internet.

    Xbox One X will not go into settings

    X box one x will not go into settings. I click the icon and it just beeps and does nothing. Also some of the games seem to hang on load up cannot access settings from games either.

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Did your Xbox connect to Xbox Live on the first try during the initial set up? I'd recommend restarting your network for at least 5 minutes by unplugging the router. On the Xbox when the screen hangs up, go
    ahead and do a hard reset and power cycle to the console. Hold down
    the power button on the console for about 10 seconds or until it shuts down. Once the Xbox is off, remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before turning on the Xbox. Holding down the
    power button on the console to force a hard reset and then removing the power cable are both important steps. If the console is plugged into an external surge protector, please plug the console directly into the wall outlet.

    Please give that a try and let us know how it goes!

    Summited a request and received email below.

    Having not heard from them after a couple of days I clicked on the link "support x box.com" in the email to see what I could do. I ended up speaking to a Microsoft lady from x box, who after trying for about an hour said, to save me hanging on she would work at it and phone me back in 2 hours.

    Unfortunately I am still awaiting her call and still can not sign in to x box live.

    Agreed. This is terrible. X-box will never have my renewal information ever again. The hold music is so ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. It's as though they chose this music so we'd say, *** it, can't take the must, keep my money and hang up.

    Having same issue, same game. for now, select manage captures, then click the first box and select 'on this xbox.' there you will find any clips that failed. hope it helps. hang onto those until they fix this. Its probably Macron's fault, lol.

    Hi, thank you for the reply! It will let me sign in to his account on my phone, but when trying to sign in on his x box it comes up with the message "we can't sign you in.try again in a few minutes or check service status in x box assist ( Ox87DD19) it's done this since Friday, and is the same when trying to sign in my my x box account!
