    I have 1 gold

    2 kids

    2 consoles

    only 1 can play at the moment

    Kid1 has console1 set as home, plus just his login (nobody elses)

    kid2 has console2 , has his own login (nobody elses on this console)

    both xbox1s

    when 1 plays, the other cant? Why. I have tried asking earlier on chat but it was useless and not helpful. the phone call back doesnt work either so I am stuck and the biggest organization in the world cant help! THis is a joke. Sort it out Gates!!

    kid 1 and xbox 1

    make sure kid 1 has the gold or ultimate subscription

    make sure he sets xbox 2 has home

    as long as you have internet kid 1 can sign in on xbox 1 and play normally.

    kid 2 and xbox 2

    make sure kid 2 signs in on his name on xbox 2 and he should have the same benefits as kid 1 as xbox 2 is kid 1's home console

    Hello there!

    The account that has the subscription would be able to share it but only through the Xbox console, meaning, if the owner of the gold subscription home shares the console with his account anybody would be able to play online in that particular console.

    Please follow the steps mentioned on the link bellow so you can home share your console :

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.
