X Box Live -

I bought my xbox live subscription on my pc to use on my xbox. I have used this for a week and now it has just stopped. On my pc when I sign in it says i have the subscription active and my xbox is in my devices but when i am signed into my xbox i cannot
play online as it states i dont have x box membership. please help

Rock Band 2 X-Box live no work

When i go to get onto Rock Band 2 for X-Box live on my 360 it says, "In order to play on X-Box live you need to be signed into an X-Box live enabled gamer profile with X-Box live Multiplayer privileges enabled with X-Box Live"



I have a X-Box live membership and as far as i know the multiplayer is enabled. I have played Halo Reach and other games on X-Box live so i am confused as to why its not letting me play this on live.

Hey hey Leute mein Bruder wohnt zurzeit bei uns wieder im Hause und kann sein X Box Live Account nicht bei uns verbinden Verbindungstest alles Okay außer NAT

Aber ich benutze ja auch ne X BOx hier also meine

Und ja wenn er sich anmeldet steht da von X Box Live abgemeldet,

wenn er sich nicht mit seinen Account einloggt dann werden die Apps alles angezeigt so als ob er X Box Live hätte (er ist dann verbunden)

Und wenn er sich mit seinen Account einloggt ist das alles weg so als ob er keine Verbindung hätte also er ist ja dann auch nicht bei X Box Live angemeldet

wir haben schon versucht einfach immer wieder auf X Box Live verbinden zugehen aber allerdings kommt immer die Standart meldung "VERBINDUNG MIT X BOX LIVE KANN NICHT AUFGEBAUT WERDEN. WÄHLEN SIE "VERBINDUNS TEST" UM EINE FEHLERBEHEBUNG DURCHZUFÜHREN, ODER
VERSUCHEN SIE, IHR PROFIL ERNEUT HERUNTERZULADEN".

Mit dem Herunterladen sind wir uns nicht ganz sicher weil das ja eine Weiße X BOx ist und wir sie E Mail Adresse garnicht mehr kennen weil die E mail Adresse die von unseren "Vater" war er sie aber auch nicht mehr weiss

Try logging out of your profile then logging back in. Test in and see if the issue is resolved. If that doesn't work then remove your profile from the console and then download it again. Let us know. Good Luck!!

 

My xbox is unable to connect to xbox live even though when i test my connection it tells me it is all good. It even tells me my nat type is open and i am exceeding the recommended mbits speed. I have tried to remove my profile and redownload it but whenever
i try this i cannot even attempt to redownload my profile because it tells me that that there is a problem and to try again later. I have also tried clearing my mac address and restarting but that has done nothing yet either. Also tried just about every kind
of reset an xbox one can go through. This is a problem i have experienced the last 3 days and i have not found a solution.

Okay. With the profile removed please perform a hard reset exactly like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power
cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile and test. Let us know. Good Luck!!

 

My account shows up for others that I am offline when I am online and I am unable to do multiplayer online with my friend on halo 5. It kicks me from the fireteam or just won't let me join the custom game. I have no restrictions on my account please help.
Also it shows my internet and multiplayer connection is good.

 

Hey BicolorRain, your gamertag is showing as a Silver account, not Gold. If you believe that the membership you added should still be active and was not a one week trial then please contact support to get this sorted as only they can handle billing issues.
