X box live.

I have been having a problem with live for the past 3 weeks.Spoke to support several times,updated my details. support cancelled my live account and gave me 2 free months to use, which when I try to add I get an error code(80153021) I have been passed to Xbox
Customer Care Advocacy Team and after several emails I am still no further forwards. I purchased a 12 month live from a retailer and this comes up with the same error code. however I found an old 2 day gold pass from modern warfare 2 and this worked ok. Any
one know of any answers?

Rock Band 2 X-Box live no work

When i go to get onto Rock Band 2 for X-Box live on my 360 it says, "In order to play on X-Box live you need to be signed into an X-Box live enabled gamer profile with X-Box live Multiplayer privileges enabled with X-Box Live"



I have a X-Box live membership and as far as i know the multiplayer is enabled. I have played Halo Reach and other games on X-Box live so i am confused as to why its not letting me play this on live.

Hey hey Leute mein Bruder wohnt zurzeit bei uns wieder im Hause und kann sein X Box Live Account nicht bei uns verbinden Verbindungstest alles Okay außer NAT

Aber ich benutze ja auch ne X BOx hier also meine

Und ja wenn er sich anmeldet steht da von X Box Live abgemeldet,

wenn er sich nicht mit seinen Account einloggt dann werden die Apps alles angezeigt so als ob er X Box Live hätte (er ist dann verbunden)

Und wenn er sich mit seinen Account einloggt ist das alles weg so als ob er keine Verbindung hätte also er ist ja dann auch nicht bei X Box Live angemeldet

wir haben schon versucht einfach immer wieder auf X Box Live verbinden zugehen aber allerdings kommt immer die Standart meldung "VERBINDUNG MIT X BOX LIVE KANN NICHT AUFGEBAUT WERDEN. WÄHLEN SIE "VERBINDUNS TEST" UM EINE FEHLERBEHEBUNG DURCHZUFÜHREN, ODER
VERSUCHEN SIE, IHR PROFIL ERNEUT HERUNTERZULADEN".

Mit dem Herunterladen sind wir uns nicht ganz sicher weil das ja eine Weiße X BOx ist und wir sie E Mail Adresse garnicht mehr kennen weil die E mail Adresse die von unseren "Vater" war er sie aber auch nicht mehr weiss

Have done all suggested with the support crew with no help. I was hoping that the Xbox Customer Care Advocacy Team could help but as yet no luck.

 

I have done the same thing contacted the advocacy team that is supposed to be able to fix any account without a problem all they told me to do was change my contact email so that it was different from my gamertag email. Associated with account right now
I'm running on trials also. Can't use my 12 month prepaid code I recieve same error as you I'm ***.

 

We are still waiting microsoft!!

 

There's nothing anyone on the forums can do.Phone support are the only ones who can help with account/billing issues.

 

Thanks for answering, not what I was hoping for but was expecting. Have spent several hours on phone, sent several e-mails over the last 3 weeks and no one seems to know whats gone wrong.
