X box live voucher help

I bought an x-box Live voucher code on 3/4/17 for my Grandson from our local Spar Supermarket and when he went to redeem it yesterday 6/4/17 he was told it had already been redeemed !

I would like to know if there is anyone I can speak to or anything I can do about this.

Physical xbox live codes should always be unreadable when bought so I would like to ask if you could see the code already when you bought it. If yes you should speak to the store where they sold you the code if not please contact xbox support directly by
calling them. They can trace who used the code earlier and when. If your purchase was later than when it was redeemed you might be able to get a new code.

I still have x box live membership left till December and everthingvstill works you tube games ect but its just when I want to see when my membership ends it used to just come up with details I usually get a voucher to renew it at xmas

I contact the x box live service to find a solution but the expert can't help me ... I have lost 51 euros in my x box account and i can't buy anything in my x box ...

I actually think that X Box live has made me update a change that has messed up both X Box 360 s now. I had to make an X box live update to the spare X Box today Is there a help desk number so I can speak to someone? Is somebody going to realise that a
faulty update has been made and repair the bug?
