x box live is *** up again but the worst part about it is they aren't eve recognizing it x box live services are normal but I cant do anything on my account cant sign in with my x box one it seems like this is happening more often every time I go to play.
I'm about sick of it playstation anyone??

I contact the x box live service to find a solution but the expert can't help me ... I have lost 51 euros in my x box account and i can't buy anything in my x box ...

xbox 360 store service alert

in my network status network,internet,x-box live are all conected

in my live status in the service I have a yellow ! and states (service alert)

also ! this is on my x-box stores and states (service alerts)

account is (up)

match making is up.

I cannot get on my game it will not upload my user profile therefore I cannot get on my x-box live account I am a gold member as well what can I do to resolve this issue

Not sure what your exact issues is because you failed to post any details.

BTW, we all know that Playstation never has a problem with their network. ;-)

so i have an issue were i bought a 25 digit code for Xbox live 12 months to renew my gold membership but for several days i have been entering the code and it tells me something went wrong and to wait a few more minutes what should i do to fix it?

You can log in here and see the status of your subscription. account.microsoft.com/services

You should probably go ahead and contact support directly for assistance with this issue as the have access to customer information and should be able to resolve it for you . support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?
