X-Box Live profile

Hallo,

i hope you can help me here...

I bought an Xbox 360 many years ago and registed an Gamertag on the same time. Therefore i used an E-Mail address which is now not available for me any more.

So i've tried to move my Gamertag to my new X-Box-Live-account with my actual E-Mail-Address (this one). But it doesn't work... Now i have the Problem, that i need to answer a security Code when i try to go online with my Gamertag. It seems like they sent
me the security Code to the old E-Mail-Address.

I don't want to make a new account - All my savegames will be lost and i also have a running xbox-live-gold abo which i want to be able to use. I can't change anything because i can't login in my old account anymore (i know my old Login-Data but it doesn't
work...). I hope Microsoft can help me, i want to play online with my friends with my old profile...

Signing In Error Code 800705B4

I am getting that same error message . my profile loads .X-box live loads but my profile will not connect to x-box live.

I deleted my profile on the X-Box 360 console.

I changed my Windows Live ID on my Windows Live account. Then i changed my gamer profile name on the X-Box 360 console and deleted my old profile and now i can not log on to X-Box Live with my new account. I read the help section on the X-Box 360 website
and it says do not delete old profile, too late......well i already did.

I can sign into the X-Box 360 website using my new Windows Live account password, but my X-Box will not.

So what can i do to get my new profile on the console to log into my new Windows Live account?

Sorry to hear it. I have run into a situation like that before as well. There should be an option to have the security code sent to you via either text or phone call. Search the page for that option and select it.

X-Box Guide Button -> Settings Tab -> Profile -> Edit Profile -> Privacy Settings -> (you'll then be signed out of X-Box Live) -> Voice and Text -> then select EVERYONE.

Hey there, first what I do when my x box starts is i click on Download profile, than its says enter the windows live ID emai and I write my e mail adress which I registered at windows live

Im asking WHAT? I click ok ..than when I have a profile I go to social than soccial apps and want to join X box Live, I click on it and its writes me again Sorry, X box live isnt supported in this locae. Im asking WHAAAAT? if u can help me than PLEASE DO

Hi again, thanks for the info. I have set my son up with an account on the understanding he could play games like FIFA 12 online but when he tried to play the game online it is saying he does not have the permission to do this, how can I change this if indeed
it is possible to do so? Thanks for any help with this.

Hey Macaroon! I understand you want to set up your son with an Xbox account. What you'll need to do is create a WLID email address for him (free at
https://login.live.com) and then create an account for him. Make sure to use the proper birth date and later in the process it will ask you for a parent's WLID. This is where you enter your information, and
then you will be able to act as the parent account here, setting privacy settings, etc. I hope this helps, please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!
