    I purchased a subscription for x box live gold but my games are not seeing it . I checked it shows it as active on my xbox but when I go to any of my games and try to play multi player it tells me to buy it again. can someone please fix this.

    hello:

    When my son is using the xbox live feature it will not let hiim .I verified his membership is current but it is not letting us in. ON Madden 16 is says there is limitations, onNBA it says he is not allowed.

    Please help!

    As started above, you might want to check his privacy settings. Also, do you have him set as a child account and possibly have his account restricted to lower rating games?

    Hi there, so when you say you verified is membership is current, does that mean you have purchased an Xbox Live Gold subscription? To use any of the online features of a game, you must have a current XBL Gold Sub.

    If you're sure he has a gold sub then it might be that his privacy and online settings do not allow his account to play online, please see the following link for steps on how to update security settings to allow for online play:
