X Box Live has stolen my money !!

COMPLAINT

I am actually quite furious. I just discovered you guys have been charging my credit card for an X Box live subscription for literally years... I have gone on to your AWFUKL website to cancel it - and there is just zero ways to either
cancel the subscription or to cancel the payment, or even contact you. This looks and feels like a site designed to steal money as it is "only" £39.99 per annum, and I guess people can't be bothered to dig and dig around on your site. I am only bothering to
do so now because my credit card updated itself, (as these things do from time to time), and the thieving Microsoft program which has been secretly and silently debiting my account for all these years has popped up asking for money. The CHEEK OF IT !!!!! You've
already taken tons of money for absolutely nothing over the years.

We've had Microsoft products for years, and have bought pretty much every platform from Microsoft, and had fun with them etc. When he was 12, my eldest son used to play online games, and so presumably one year we took out xbox live, and he and his friends
will have used it. He is now 21, and I don't think the console has been played with for years. Literally years. Yet we have been paying £39.99 every year without any of us knowing. You can't expect a child of 12 to notice whether something is auto-renewing
- they just play with it.

Microsoft should know better.

So I logged on today, and have trawled around your site, looking for how to cancel. I can't even cancel !!! I then tried to e-mail you guys, and there's no e-mail. There's a "chat", where presumably I wait an eternity for useless waffle from some poor soul
sitting in India in the middle of the night, with no answers to give - but even that awful thing isn't working. So I have to go on to this "forum", whatever one of those damnable things is... Grrrr. Very fed up and very cross. I would expect an apparently
reputable company like Microsoft to be better than this - stealing money under the radar off unwary parents, and then having a terrible website that doesn't even let you cancel it... Simply AWFUL.

Worse - it is a sunny day outside - and I am wasting my day typing this angry missive which I doubt I'll even get a reply to... Please can someone e-mail me on *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and sort this out.

Stolen X Box One

I have an account that I used my X BOX 1 on and now the X Box has been stolen. Where can I find the Serial number for the X box system from my account and then once I have that and I file a police report can X Box Live shut it down and provide an IP address
to the police department ?
