    So i just bought $60 worth of x-box credits via the cards but it wont let me purchase x-box live with the money i have on my x-box. Is their a way i can fix this or can i only purchase x-box live via credit card/x-box live gold cards?

    If you purchase a game on Xbox.com, through any device, the game will download automatically download once you turn on the Xbox, and log in through the account you bought it on.

    @v7 - Gold memberships can take a while to populate the account when purchased from the website. If your membership is still not showing then go to System>Settings>Network and run a Connection Test. That will force it to populate your account.

    @Baller - MS Points have been discontinued and are no longer in use. Currency cards are now used and cards can be purchased from your local game retailer.
