    X-Box One S X-Box live not working.

    I recently redeemed a new code for X-Box live gold on my X-Box one S. My games (Fortnight, WW2 etc.) are saying that I don't have gold and I need to get it. I've tried deleting my profile and restarting my X-Box and it is STILL not working. Help?

    My son went to use his x box yesterday on GTA and no x box live working. How do we fix this ? Only just paid annual subscription at the beginning of January !

    Hi! Did you try yo perform a full reboot or a power cycle with cache cleaning? If it doesn't work I suggest you download again the user profile.
