    X-Box One S X-Box live not working.

    I recently redeemed a new code for X-Box live gold on my X-Box one S. My games (Fortnight, WW2 etc.) are saying that I don't have gold and I need to get it. I've tried deleting my profile and restarting my X-Box and it is STILL not working. Help?

    bought x box live gold, it keeps telling me that I need to purchase it again. It is showing on the Microsoft website and on my card.

    Hi! Did you try yo perform a full reboot or a power cycle with cache cleaning? If it doesn't work I suggest you download again the user profile.
