    X Box Live Gold not recognized


    Just purchased X box live gold and set up account using the computer- 2 days ago. Went to use it and it does not recognize my gold account. It says that I am at free one month subscriber. I am logged in with the same username and password, but will not
    allow me to do gold access. Checked on my computer and it says that I have gold membership, but on xbox does not show that. Any ideas?

    Need help with game PUBG for XBOX ONE

    I recently bought PUBG for X BOX ONE and by the way when I started the game there was window saying " you need a X BOX LIVE GOLD account to play" . But the box was marked " it was enough to have an account X BOX LIVE" that's all, no GOLD, so suddenly I do
    not know what to do, I would like soma advice, thank you for you help.

    Issue with gold/xbox rewards

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    i am a mom trying to help my 10 yo. son get on this *&^%$^^# thing! Internet installed and connected; x-box live gold card purchased and redeemed code; established an account with x-box and microsoft. When we booed up the game console it does not recognize
