    Hello, I am currently trying to play my games online, however, it keeps telling me that I don't have the gold membership, even though my bank and the account info on this website say that the money was taken out. How can this be fixed?

    Won't register gold membership

    I just renewed my X-box live gold membership, an hour ago. On this website it says that i have a gold membership, but when i turn on my xbox it just says that i have X-box live free. Why does it take so long time. It's like it don't want to register my buy!

    Try hard resetting your Xbox by touching the power button until it turns off.

    go to setting and use the restart now option. If that does not work, make sure you know your email and password and remove your profile then readd your profile. If it still does not work after that please contact support
