X-Box Live Gold free month not working

I have revived the promotional message that says I am eligible for one free month trial of X-Box live gold, but when I select the message it says launch app, I launch the Microsoft store, but there is no trial option, only the month selection, Join, Buy
as gift and the Redeem a code buttons.

The message did not give me a code either. Please help!

x box live on a new x box

i will be getting a new x box in 2 days and my current subscription to x box live runs out in 2 months the package i will be getting comes with 3 months free to x box live gold which i currently have when my old subscription runs out will i still get the
free 3 months which comes with my new xbox i would l love to know the answer to this thanks

 

X-box live gold won't work

I just renewed my X-box Live Gold with one month. On this website i can se i have 1 month gold membership. No problems there. But when i turn on my X-box it says that i just have X-box live free. Now it's about 20 minutes since i paid for it! Is it just
because that it is loading? Usually i don't think that it took so long time!
