X BOX LIVE GOLD FREE Games not there.

We have had a live gold membership for over a year and have only found free games on it a couple of times. Reluctantly renewed it this year in hopes the kids would have better luck. Just looked and still there are no free games on it. Just reduced cost.
What's up with this? Not as advertised. And where do you find information on this stuff? Must be top secret.

Need help with game PUBG for XBOX ONE

I recently bought PUBG for X BOX ONE and by the way when I started the game there was window saying " you need a X BOX LIVE GOLD account to play" . But the box was marked " it was enough to have an account X BOX LIVE" that's all, no GOLD, so suddenly I do
not know what to do, I would like soma advice, thank you for you help.

X-box live gold won't work

I just renewed my X-box Live Gold with one month. On this website i can se i have 1 month gold membership. No problems there. But when i turn on my X-box it says that i just have X-box live free. Now it's about 20 minutes since i paid for it! Is it just
because that it is loading? Usually i don't think that it took so long time!

Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.
