X Box live Gold code doesn't work

Hey! So I bought an X Box and I became an 1 month X Box live Gold code but everytime I want to redeem the code,it says that something went wrong.I activated a code for 2 days about 1 month ago and it worked.Please help me.

I was wondering if X box live gold codes for 12 months work in Bulgaria if they are for Europe

So I live in Bulgaria and I finally found I site that sells x box live gold codes (ozone.bg). The have only a 12 months code and I was wondering if it will work in Bulgaria. On there page it says that it's meant for European accounts, and Bulgaria is technically
in the European Union. But then in microsofts home page it doesn't say that they have x box live for Bulgaria. So I'm not sure if it's worth buying. I hope someone can tell me more about how X box live works an is it posible that Bulgaria is part of the European
accounts.

 

Error 115

I've been having a problem with error 115. I 've just paid for X BOX LIVE GOLD for the next month but it doesn't work.

 

Sometimes this can be as easy as you are entering the code wrong. Sometimes a one can look like an I, a G can look like a 6, etc. This would be the first step. You can also try entering the code on this site. Just click the account link at the top right
of any page and select redeem code.
