X box live gold code doesnt work

I just bought Xbox live live prepaid 12 month gold card membership and downloaded a code. Then comes a message;

change yor store region". We tried to restart xbox and check region but nothing works..?

wont let me purchase xbox live gold

when ever i attempt to purchase x box live gold, it says (Cant retreive information from x box live please try again later status code: 80190864 help!

i scanned my x box live subscription but it dosnt work because it says it is for x box 360 but that I can download it but when I tried to it didnt appear

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

In some cases the Language needs to be the correct language too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

yes tried that i realise gamepass doesnt apply to x box 360 on my account page for x box one it says my previous sub (live gold) was cancelled when i brought the gamepass sub i turned off recuring billing not sure if that is relevant thanks for your help

it´s works offline and online only whith 2 xbox live Gold members on same x box

It appears that you still have a silver account, not gold which is what is needed to access X Box LIVE. What codes did you redeem?
