hello... I bought gift cards that is printed in the receipt at EB games on September 27, 2019 and today October 16 when he punched the codes it says It has been used..one is $15 one is $20

please help

From the X box website where you can purchase digital gift cards. Not from a 3rd party. From the x box website

Hi, I redeemed a gift card through my microsoft account, and expected it to be available on the x-box (one of the devices attached to my account) but it's not available on the x-box. how can I make this available from the x-box?

In this case when a code has been used or redeemed it is best to bring it back to the retailer and try to reason with them, or check with Xbox Support. Xbox Support can provide more information regarding the verification of the code.

Unfortunately no one here in these public forums would be able to help you with that we are just a community of volunteers that do not have access to any account information.

In a situation like this you would need to talk to the retailer themselves since this is where the purchase was made at.

I would get in contact with amazon straight away. They will be able to track the problem and see what has happened.
