X Box Live Enforcement Team dictatorship

Discus and support X Box Live Enforcement Team dictatorship in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am genuinely upset by X-Box, I have now been banned from all X-Box Live online functions twice within two months...     I am genuinely upset by X-Box, I have now been banned from all X-Box Live online functions twice within two months...

    Apparently I have been harassing people and I cannot believe it. I got this X-Box for half a year now (been on PlayStation before no ban in 10 years). Whatever this is not supposed to be a pledge for me not beeing guilty because I know I am not but rather
    for X-Boxs useless Enforcement team. What are they actually doing? You get banned without being told what you did wrong. You have to apply for a review and answer a ridiculous questionnaire just to get what you should receive immediately an answer. This "Enforcement"
    team is only there to **** players off, as even after their review they arent really telling you what you did wrong how are you supposed to better yourself then. I dont know, X-Box should be fun for everyone but it is not and this is mainly due to this system
    of "enforcement" that supports slander and denunciation. Nearly comparable to any dictatorship in this world cause you cant trust anybody.

    Plus you can only talk to them once which apparently is a priviledge..

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

    Case Review
    . 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
    that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

    If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

    HERE
    , however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

    Code of Conduct
    , which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

    We don't have any further information on Enforcement actions, but if you do have any other support issues, feel free to post a new thread in the appropriate forum.

    You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

    Problem with account ban (2)

    If your suspension was increased it's because they found more offences you have committed.

    There's no time limit on when you can be suspended for a offence.

    They could of found something you did last year & can still punish you.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof or give you the exact reasons.

    You can talk directly to the enforcement team via a case review which you have already done.

    As mentioned,follow the code of conduct & you wont get suspended.

    It's possible to talk with the enforcement team directly? I think it's a normal thing to do, we are not in a regime of dictatorship.
    You aren't understanding what Daft Badger wrote. Your submission of a case review IS you talking directly with Enforcement. Dictatorship? No it is a private service with rules to be followed. You have no rights other than those granted by the Terms of Use.
