X Box Live discount on existing account

I'm a long time member, my son also has an account that I was buying monthly passes for but his play is sporadic. Why can't I use a discount pass on his existing xbox live account. I pay full price because I use mine daily. He is really pround of his gamerscore
and does not want to start a new account. Please help a kid out Microsoft. Thank you

Associate profile with NEW X-Box Live Account

I have one profile with an old x-box live account. I purchased a family gold account with a new e-mail address/account. How do I associate an existing profile (and its x-box live stats) with the new one?

Upgrade to Family account

Upgraded Live to Family account. Have no idea how to add my wife's existing avatar to the X-Box Live (Family) account. Do I have to delete her account/avatar and re-create it somehow in the new Family account?

Background: I've been using/hobby-building desktop PC's since the early 1990's. Gotta tell ya, there is a sorry lack of info on using the X-Box.

Sorry you're having issues. However, why not save some money and set your account as Home on the console your son uses? This would not only share your gold membership to him but would also allow him access to games that you purchase. You can learn more

Cant sign into x box live on my 360. Says my account doesnt exist, but it was ok yesterday. Anyone know whats going on. Will I need to speak to someone.

I have a similar issue here.

I am French living in Finland

I purchased English version of windows 8, setup a windows live account, created xbox live account.

For some reason my location was set to France, and my x-xbox live account is now located there.

I had to set it up correctly to Finland to buy some game, but now I can't listen to music or play video in the x-box live anymore.

The official solution is to create a new live account. When I try this, It is not possible since my windows live mail directs me automatically to the existing x-box account !!! I hope we get some answer for this.

Just to clarify, the game itself says the episode is available. It is X-Box Live that seems to be confused, the episode seems to exist on the server but I can not access it.
