X box live booting to ask you to renew

I had my live account boot me offline just to ask me to renew my membership when I tried to log back on. I hope this was not an intentional act on Microsoft's part

Billed 4 times for x box live subscription

hi

I recently tried to renew my x box live subscription. I wasn't left with a loading screen then tried again. After that didn't work I checked my online banking and have been charged for 4 x box live subscriptions.

I logged in to my Microsoft account to check the subscription and it appearances I have renewed my x box live subscription until 2020 which is not what I wanted.

How do I get through to Microsoft to rectify the issue. I wanted a 1 year 39.99 subscription.

Visa credit card payment can't be authorized

Yes it happens on the console AND the site. Don't know what to do. it just simply sais; can't authorize payment try a different payment option. Tried to delete it and renew it but my x-box live subscription is on it so i can't remove it before calling etc.
this is to much effort.. ( yes cr card works fine with the x-box live payment monthly).

Is the gamertag you're currently signed in with your son's? If so, it's showing as a gold member.

I think what you may have done is signed into your account on Xbox.com and purchased the gold membership there. Unfortunately, this means that you've purchased it for this account and not your sons.

In this specific case you'll want to contact phone support directly to get a refund and cancel the subscription out. If you wish to purchase a gold membership
for your son you'll need to be signed into his account on Xbox.com or on the Xbox 360 console.

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?

X box Live Gold membership gave me free Games with Gold every month: two on Xbox One and two on Xbox 360. which I downloaded to my console.But all games i downloaded during my subscription are not playable right now and asking for renew subscription

That means these are not really free.Only advertisement gimmick

I did that with Minecraft. If you try to launch it without the disc, it will say yoou need to renew Gamepass. Or If you tried to boot the game on disc and it asks you to renew Gamepass, then check the disc and try again.
