X box live ban

Service request 1279852319 fraudulent activity on account [Mod Removed] account has been refunded but X box live still banned from january have called on many attempts to get this rectifyed

W: Hardware setup

X: Connection End - Means connection to X-box live servers has failed

Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

Z: X-Box Policy Offenses. 0000 - 0000 = No X-box offenses. Any other = Ban or Suspension

 

Enforcement Action on Xbox one

I have had an x-box live permanent ban and I am confused as to the extremity of this action, is there anybody in the enforcement team that I can call to discuss this action? In addition, it states that all in game purchases etc. can be downloaded but I
have no idea how to do this when I have an x-box live ban? Please could you help
