    Hi I have just tried to redeem a 12 month xbox live code. The code was accepted and stated that it was a 12 month subscription but nothing shows up on my xbox live account? Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully access your newly renewed subscription. I can definitely see how this could be distressing and confusing. I suggest

    removing and redownloading     your profile as up to date from Xbox Live.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

    Did you make sure that the code was redeemed for the right account? Did you redeem via your Xbox or via browser? I hope it will work for you.
