change your password this will eliminate anyone trying to sign in on the account.

Hi, I redeemed a gift card through my microsoft account, and expected it to be available on the x-box (one of the devices attached to my account) but it's not available on the x-box. how can I make this available from the x-box?

Sorry to hear about the issue signing in. Have you tried a
Power cycle?

Also if after doing that still unable to sign in, please go to
account.microsoft.com make sure you can sign in there.
