X box Kinect - motion sensor games

As of now Kinect support has been discontinued. So my suggestion is to purchase a pre owned one from a Third-party retailer.

The support for this is discontinued but if you really want to get one there are quite a few third party retailers that offer them with a warranty. MAKE SURE you get a warranty etc with it since there is no xbox support for this anymore, but you can always
come back and ask us anytime

kinect production has been discontinued, so you'll have to find a shop that sells it or find someone that sells a second hand one. Plus, you'll need an adapter to plug it in the xbox. That's everything you need to play kinect games.

You say that without the Kinect coming with the console then the Kinect games will fail? Mate, whether the Kinect comes with the console or not, I am not buying Kinect games, full stop. :-\

Everyone owns a wii, but who actually played it? Yes, wii won the console wars in number of consoles sold, but no one bought games for it or even played it. Motion sensor was a gimmick, and everyone is over that gimmick, but Microsoft don't seem to understand
that.

The voice capture might take off for changing channels, like it is for Smart TV's, but the actual motion sensor for gaming, it fails.

1. I don't care about the Kinect, we tried it on the Xbox 360 and it sucked.

2. They will never make good Kinect games, EVER. Kinect games will always be casual kiddie games and never hardcore games.

3. Kinect games will ALWAYS involve you standing in one place while waving your arms and legs about. People say that the Kinect 2.0 is more advanced, so yeah you will be waving your arms and legs around while standing in one stop in a more advanced way...
But it is still the same at the end of the day.

4. The ONLY part of the Kinect that could improve games is the voice recognition. The motion sensor is a HUGE fail, it has been failing since the 80's.

5. The Kinect is a gimmick and will always be a gimmick. The Wii and PlayStation are moving away from the motion sensor because they know it's a gimmick and see that the customers also recognize it as a gimmick.

6. I have a smart TV, WTF do I need a Kinect for?

Motion sensors like the Kinect will NEVER produce good games.
