x box has an error code of e10200000c118007003 and will not start up or reset

My xbox will not start it just loops back to the error code listed in the subject line. I have tried to reset, update and re power on. Is this a hard drive issue?

X box not functional after an update

My x box worked perfectly fine the day before this happened. My X box prompted an update and it got stuck at 53% then proceeded to tell me that there was an error and to troubleshoot I have three options 1. to reset console which does nothing but repeat
the process or in some cases wont allow my x box to come back online normally 2. to factory reset which is not an option as I have many games downloaded 3. offline system update. The error code is E100. Note that I have tried to hard reset and unplug my console
for minutes and the problem still persists. I could use any advice.

If all fails you will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page. When contacting Xbox Support use either the Phone option or the Microsoft Support Chat option on

It will be hard to say if this is hard drive related or not, maybe Xbox Support can say that.

I have reset everything multiple times and still have this error code.. I have 2 X box ones in my home I have hard reset both. My other X box one is fine and works with no problems. I only have started to have this problem after the update. Please help

I tried reinstalling the game, hard resetting my box nothing has worked and in the error code section there is no info for this error.

I have the same problem n my x box started messing up two weeks ago I couldn't even play a game. Since I've had 4 different error codes come up. It was working perfectly before this happened. What is going on.

Do you have an access code for your service provider(this is separate from your router security)? If so, you will have to erase the connection on your X-box and reset everything(undo the modem on x-box) then restart your xbox with it plugged back in. Set
up a new connection and you will get to the option for the service provider code. It's not as easy to check all codes without resetting. You can get intermittent connection when the IP access code is wrong, in fact, that is what you will get.
