We have a running monthly subscription for Xbox Gold, which I changed to a yearly subscription. The change over is scheduled for end september.

But after doing this, Xbox gold mentions that I need to pay for xbox gold. The result is that I can not play Fortnite anymore. Who can help me?

We have the same problem. It's been nearly a week and I have tried loads of things and it still isn't working. Yesterday I tried ringing the xbox support- after 50 mins the recording stopped and after an hour the phone cut out. Am currently sat on hold
again. Wasted so much of my time this weekend that I really don't have free.

 

Try using the support chat (currently closed). This is always a good way to contact Xbox support.

Thanks. I actually managed to find that earlier (hadn't been able to yesterday!) and the person the other end reset my subscription as I explained I had already tried pretty much everything else they suggest. And it worked! Yay...now my boys can leave
me in peace.
