X box game not installing fully and staying at 32/36%

I recently bought GTA 5 for the xbox one and I have tried installing it many times over the course of a few days. At the start the install goes fine until it gets to either 32% or 36% and then it stops and says installation stopped and it is always one of
those 2 percentages can anyone help me find a solution as I have gone through all the possible solutions provided by the xbox support page on the issue

After formatting my 32 GB Sandisk memory stick in my X box 360 I get the

message that I may have problems with saving and playing games. Does a

32 GB not work with the X box?

 

Problems with Halo Wars 2 since update

Ever since the latest update of Halo Wars 2 my X box has been having trouble installing it.

It will start installing, and then stop installing it at 7.08 gigabytes.

I have contacted Microsoft multiple times since the release of this update, and I found out through an employee over at Microsoft that this is a common issue for x box insider members.

If someone knows how to fix it please help me out, but if not hopefully Microsoft will be able to solve this issue.
