X Box fraudulent game purchases

In these fraud type of cases you should go to your financial entity, dispute the charges to block them as well and possibly get them refunded.

This is because access is mandatory to get any kind of refund from Xbox side

Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).

youre still lucky, purchased it on amazon.de see it under my games but not on my x box and when i search for it on x box store it finds nothing

Thank you for your response Francia. We no longer have any of the x box consoles and I am unsure of the account for which the charge is generating. Does this mean I need to contact my bank and report the charges as fraudulent? I don't think they are fraudulent, but without being able to access the account the charge is generating from this may be my only recourse. I would think a company such as Microsoft would have a better solution than sending a customer to their bank to report a charge as fraudulent when it likely isn't.

well two things first

Dont use the same email and password for every site

1st you can still call support you will have to match the exact info from when you created the account

they will still return the account if you can prove you are the owner

2nd read this and follow it to the letter



passwords should not be small caps only

it should more be like h3ll0W0r1dtryt0f1NdM3



the yahoo breakin proved people still use 12345678 on passwords thats a very very bad idea
