    Hi

    We've just bought our son an X-Box One and it worked fine for the first two days. Today, when trying to sign in, we're getting the following message:

    Try again later

    There was a problem, and we could not continue. (0x80a4001a)

    I've typed that code into the "Error & Status code search" and it says no support articles are available. Please can anyone help? Thank you

    I am getting that same error message . my profile loads .X-box live loads but my profile will not connect to x-box live.

    I have not played my x box for about two months turned it on today try to sign into live and got error message 80151011 went to x box support tried all of the quick fix tips but still getting same error Help

    Xbox Live Core Services are down in Signing in; creating, managing, or recovering an account; search

    If you cant login please wait and try again later.

    You can stay updated through xbox by going to Settings >
    Network Settings     or through web in Xbox Live Status Page

    I think you can try this workaroud, some users said that worked. If you dont want to wait, the workaround is removing your account from your console and re add it again. But notice that this workaround worked with some other users but doesnt mean that will
    work with all.

    Some info here how to do it: Add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One

    No you will not lose any data or xbox live. All that information is tied to your profile, once you re-install the profile all will be there.
