X box error code 0x80a40015

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this question. I moved your post into a new thread so that we could tailor our support specifically to you!

If you're receiving the same error code (0x80a40015), you may want to try to physically

power cycle the console & its power supply.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
   on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
   

Note: If you have an Xbox One Original console, please disconnect the power cord from the wall socket and from the console, as well as from the power supply brick for a minimum of 2 minutes.

After doing so, then attempt to sign back in! Give it a try and please let us know the results.

Good afternoon. Try unpluged the console and internet for two minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

We have the xbox set to offline mode because we do not have the internet. We are getting this code in offline mode.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend also trying to reboot the router. If that doesn't help you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game. There isn't a lot of information on that error code unfortunately. When you get the error
code is it when you first try and launch game, sign in?
