    X box enforcement for "giving items"


    My son has just got a 7 day xbox Communication ban. The reason given is "giving items". At the time he was trading in rocket league. In the past he has 24hr bans quite rightly for language, however this time he appears to have unjustly treated. I have appealed and contacted MS but can't work out what he's done wrong. Anyone help?
