    X-box Controller disconnecting, disconnecting from internet, and signed out of acounta


    My controller randomly disconnects and has trouble syncing back up very frequently. It also signs me out of profiles and the console seems to lose a connection to the Internet. I've tried using several Xbox One wireless
    controllers and they all lose connection, so I know that it isn't the controller. I've plugged a wired controller in and although the controller doesn't lose connection, I still get kicked out of profiles and it randomly says "Connect To Xbox Live" as though
    I've lost Internet. I've tried hooking directly up with an ethernet cable instead of using my wireless like I normally do, but that still causes the disconnections. I've tried moving the Xbox One out from underneath my TV stand in case maybe there was some
    interference or something but that hasn't solved anything either. I've also tried playing games offline, not connected to the Internet, and the controller still disconnects constantly, so it isn't my router either. I'm thinking maybe the issue has to do
    with the wireless wifi card inside possibly? Has anyone else had a similar issue? I've tried about everything I can think of. Thanks

    I have even factory reset my x-box but the issue still prevails

    Hey Gibbus,

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand your console has been experiencing reoccurring connection issues not only with your controllers but with your network as well. Seeing as you have already attempted the factory reset, the

    offline system update     would be the last troubleshooting step before moving on to a

    console repair    . You will need a Windows based PC and a USB flash drive in order to execute the update. Let us know how the console runs after performing it. Cheers! :D
