X Box console ban for a month.

Just so you know, we are not employees of Microsoft. Xbox Ambassadors are just fellow gamers that lend their knowledge to try and help gamers who are having issues. We have no power to do anything other than offer suggestions. No need to say "What a disgraceful
company you are" when we are not a part of the company. We have no information to offer about the suspension because the enforcement team do not use the forums and we have no connection to them.

I am sorry if i have offended you but nothing is transparent for me at the moment. I find it hard to get in touch with anyone and i find it very sad that NO ONE is willing to shed any light on this fot me. I had no idea who would answer this post so it
was nothing personal. I am just hugely frusttated. Its like this enforcement team are buried underground, they’re untouchable, how lovely!!! You’d think i was asking for money, all i want is an explanation. I have never encountered anything like this in
my whole life, very very sad. I give up.

Ok so just shedding a little light here gas and a gaming system are wayyyyy different. So its a ban for 1 month!! I would be happy that its not a permanent ban!! I would check all emails associated with the account to see if it was deleted by accident
or in spam mail for whatever reason. Enforcement site is really really helpful. I would look into glitches and mods and let child no about them and tell them not to partake in any of it *NOT SAYING HE HAS* these are pretty easy ways to get banned. Alot of
people think oh its ok to do things to get extra money in games or make a player stronger etc but it goes against the terms and conditions. Microsoft/XBox is VERY serious when it comes to things like this. Also the enforcement follows the life of the account
so it could have been something from 2005 for example and they just now got around to it. My question is how did you know that the account was banned for one month??? The record that you speak of is that the interaction of player to player??

So this is what i’m getting, that is it and i have checked my spam and i have no emails. If i was told what he had done and he was wrong, then so be it, he would deserve the ban, but not knowing thats just cruel. Please tell me how an 8 year old learns
from his mistake when he doesn’t know what he’s done????

Another unhelpful piece of advice. What a disgraceful company you are. I've read all that stuff you direct me to but still I am in the dark. How would you feel if someone just decided to switch off your gas an electricity for no reason and wouldn't tell
you why? That's how it feels for my 8 year old son who cries most days. Not that you care one bit. I'll be moving away from Xbox to a company that treats it's customers with some respect.
