    Why is it that these people can break your console remotely and there be no consequences? meanwhile I have three very expensive Plastic bricks sitting in my house collecting dust. I paid way to much money for this kind of garbage...... When will this market
    be regulated fairly for the consumer? These crooks can alter and change your devices on a whim, leaving you to sit and ponder why, it was working? If i buy a car the dealership cant come into my home and and a new spoiler that i didn't need. How is it that
    they can? hmmm.....

    You need to try updating it offline - https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution

    Or you may have to send it in for service if that doesn't work - https://support.xbox.com/my-account/warranty-and-service/getting-your-product-serviced

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert.
    What you can do is get notified once the alert is over. Visit our
    Xbox live status site
    and click on "Notify me" to receive a text message once this all blows over. Thanks for your patience and understanding in this matter.

    The server status site is also having issues due to the service alert so please be patient n all this until it is resolved.

    Hello Mike,

    They are not broken at this time its a service alert affecting a lot of the Xbox. Once the issue has been fixed you will be able to game. I totally understand though, as I am unable to game at this time also due to the service alert.

    14 day Xbox live trial that came with Forza Horizon 4 bundle expired after only 5 days.

    I have a similar problem. I never got the Forza Horizon 4 code for my X-box One-X and can't find a solution for it anywhere. It's like broken or something. My dad said it should be free to install in the X-box store but it isn't. Still $60 (US). If any
    one has any advice, please share it with me.
