    What ever happened to turning on the x box putting disc in and playing a game , ????

    1 do u own this app stoping me playing game , well yes i do dice in unit clean dice

    2 problem with live accounts up to 1 hour 40 min on phone to get support after that told unit fulty but trying in 3 hours to play game it works for a day then more probblem

    3 the xbox one works when it wants to , from new and replayment the same problems take up to hour to get it working to play a game i own in *** form why ?????

    4 As a gamer i am upset it seem the $$$ is the bottem line with xbox one not the player , not happy with xbix one unit or the live problem that seem to come from xbox want to charge every user of the xbox to play app , then week before sell unit
    change it , becouse no one would buy the unit , well i should have gorn play station , u have offed a replacement unit again last call how about a refund so i can go get a play station , very let down buy xbox , one its a gamers unit that should
    just work and it seem full of problem to me well at my end REFUND ?? if u cant Refund i have some bricks around house how about buying them of me and packages them up $500 a unit deal ???

    Is your X Box plugged directly into a wall socket, as opposed to a surge protector? Could be the power brick failing. My girlfriend lives in a older home without a ground to her outlets, and she goes though power bricks every 2 years roughly.

    where can i buy a power brick for my x box (importing a us xbox one to uk and need a new power brick)

    hello i have recently imported a us x box one to the uk in hopes of playing it over here i was wondering if it was possible to buy a uk power brick or if i would need to use a step down converter to play the x box over here.

    I brought the us version because the uk stocks have ran out untill late December

    Hey there DarkMalsteen,

    I see that you do not have Xbox Live Gold. Have you tried setting your Xbox in Offline mode and then trying to play a disc-based game?

    support.xbox.com/.../using-xbox-one-offline     It seems that you have not set the console to Offline mode, and so it continues to try and connect to servers when you do not have Gold. Try it out and let me know what happens.

    You need a power brick for the Netherlands or use a power transformer to plug the console into it.

    I have found a brick on a Dutch website especially for the X-box One with the following specifications:

    Specificaties:

    • Kleur Zwart
    • Plug Type: EU / VS / UK
    • Input: AC 100 ~ 240V, 47 ~ 63 HZ
    • Output: 135W DC 12V / 10.83A, 5VSB 1A

    The above "EU" brick solves the AC voltage and differing plug problem, but as output it has DC 12V /
    10.83A , whilst my current US brick has DC 12V / 16.5 A (5Vsb-10A is the same) for output.

    I have no clue what this means, but I do know that 'normal' US appliances (coffeemaker etc) 'blow up' when plugged in without a special transformator, because of differing watt/Amp specifications.

    Does this EU brick solve this -separate- issue too, or is the X-box One different from normal household appliances in the sense that this problem doesn't exist (like laptops/computers do not have this problem either) ?

    Also, I can't seem to find a brick made by Microsoft/X-box that is sold seperately from the console; is buying from a third party the only option?

    if it is a power cable and brick then it is an xbox one big black box with external power, microsoft do not make these anymore and yyou would need to source a third party one, if a series x then any figure 8 cable will be fine.
