    Hello,

    My x box 360 has been banned from x box live. I have had no e mails or communications or warnings prior to coming online after 2 weeks off, to find I have been banned!!.

    On my enforcement home tab it states I have a perfect record and i have a good player level.

    Can anyone help please?

    I have been online chat with microsoft this morning who pointed me in this direction.

    Locked: Banned with no explanation

    Hi I was banned on September 2 on friday and I dont know why. I have read the Terms of Use and I have not violated them. I need an explanation why they did this to my console. I was able to play on friday in the morning around 4:30 for like an hour then
    I left and when I got back it said my console was banned. My Gamertag is .

    Stupid ban for telling a modder one name

    Sir I am sure X Box had clear reason if you were banned. I dont think they just hand out random bans for no reason

    Does anyone know why Microsoft don't offer explanations for console bans when they do for account bans? Seems like they could save themselves a bit of bother if they did (and we wouldn't have to suffer these threads).
