    You have a problem with your server. I have only been playing the bingo for maybe 2 weeks. Keeps losing connection during game. Today I and many others could not even connect? Microsoft & x box need too get your shuff together You have ads all over the game,
    If I and no one else see's them what good.!!! TIGHTEN UP GET IT TOGEATHER.

    ads causing game to freeze up

    I spent an hour with a support person on the problem for an hour. It turns out it was an x-box support person & this is a X-box forum. What we need is a Microsoft Casual Game support contact & there is none. I don't think anyone from X-box or Microsoft
    even look at this forum.

    How Can I Retrieve My X-Box 360 Account Purchases Please?

    My X-Box 360 died Red Ring Of Death aa couple of years back. I'm going to get a new X-Box One S and want to retrieve the purchases. When I logged into the Microsoft portal they are not listed - nothing is.

    Any ideas or do I need to repair the old console to get them back please?

    I dont need it recovering, I already have it logged in my Xbox 1 but want to transfer it to my new X Box X. Its either that or send the X Box x back and get a full refund which seems stupid. Were nearly in 2022 and Microsoft are still in the year 1990 by only having the option of filling a form in online. Seems a bit primitive to me.

    Whenever I select that I used X-Box it gives me two options. 1. X-Box 360 2. X-Box One. I didn't use any X-Box's on this account.

    But I was wondering how much evidence I need to get my account back. I filled in 4 passwords but that seems that you need more evidence. I didn't use skype, I didn't use outlook I didn't use an X-Box 360 or X-Box one and the only thing I bought was Minecraft when it still belonged to mojang.
