    My sons Xbox account has been hacked and the person has changed his gamertag and deleted his GTA account. He now cant change his gamertag back without paying 7.99 and he doesnt know if he can get his GTA account back. Please help

    Why cant we opt out of updates.

    X-box does'nt want what happend to PS3 = Hacked

    So X-box forces you to apply these updates to prevent Homebrew and hacking.

    It was definitely hacked and i managed to get hold of someone at microsoft yesterday who helped me change the password and is refunding the games that the person bought on his account. Im not sure how to do a 2 step verification and also how do i get in touch so that he doesnt have to pay to change his gamertag back?
