    X Box 360S can connect to wireless but not to internet


    Hello, I have been trying to hook my son's x box up to live for the past year. I have contacted Microsoft continuously. I had the internet provider out. Finally, microsoft said I had a defective unit and I sent it back. They then returned it to me and said
    it wasn't defective. The unit can connect to the network, but the error happens when it tries to connect to internet. I did many searched here and found no solution. Can anyone help?

    What Country/State/Province do you live in? Pennsylvania

    Modem brand & model number: ubee D3.0

    Router brand & model number: netgear n600 WNDR3400

    If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? X box 260 internal

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? no

    Any Error Codes you encounter: none

    Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Comcast

    Can not connect to Internet

    I have tried to connect my X Box 360 to the internet using both the Wired Ethernet cable and and Wireless adapter. The Wireless adapter works on my brothers Xbox 360 in the other room but my X Box 360 just keeps telling me that I need to connect an
    Ethernet cable or a wireless adapter. Why is my Xbox not detecting the internet weather wired or wireless?

    xbox cannot connect to internet has been working fine for several years but n9w not working wireless setup have tried all solutions listed but still no connection router working internet working but not with x box

    Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

    correction, I cannot connect to internet. x box live seems to be working for minecraft. I got lots of updates when I signed in. I assume its working. how do I know for sure? I did check the internet settings on the X box for both xBOX and computer and
    it says connection is good. I'm using wireless. any suggestions out there?

    Connecting to wireless WiFi

    Tried connecting to wifi by wired connection it works but x box still wont connect wireless. Really need it wireless as dont have enough cable cant keep the x box in the hallway. Any other suggestions??
