    Hi, I think my xbox 360 ac adapter is faulty but it has different specs than the one a shop has for sale. My model is the A10-120P1A. 120 W 12V, 9.6A 5SVsb 1 A type whereas theirs

    Official Elgetec power supply Input voltage difference: 100V-245V-2A Output power 135W Colour: Black To fit Microsoft xBox360 Slim.

    Do you think that theirs will work on my console.

    Hi DarrenRoe,

    I believe you should stick with the proper specs for the power supply. Try doing a search for Xbox 360S Adapter on ebay or amazon.

    Are you using the Xbox 360 with Kinect, or do you have an Xbox One with Kinect 2?

    Also do you have an original Xbox One with Kinect directly connected to the console, or a Xbox One S or X with a separate Kinect Adapter to connect Kinect to your S or X console?

    If you have an external Kinect adapter for S or X consoles, what color is the light on the adapter?

    have youu tried buying an entire new ac adapter cause if it isnt the box part of it, it also could be one of two things the port on the back of the xbox console itself or the bit that you plug into the adapter
