    Has anyone had an issue with error code 8015190A? How was it resolved if so? I got in home internet and tested my x-box live connection. Then signed my gold profile back in an it disconnects from internet. So I deleted the profile thinking a redownload of it would help but now it looks like its downloading then I get "Sorry there's a problem with the sign in credentials that you're to sign in." Then recommends this site https://account.live.com.

    There are a lot of potential reasons why you're unable to access your Xbox Live account. One of which is having a corrupted profile. I would recommend changing your profile/ account password through xbox.com.

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    How to download his profile again:

    1. Press the Xbox Guide button on the controller.

    2. Make sure you are signed out of all profiles.

    3. Press "Sign In" and scroll to the bottom and there should be an option to "Download Profile"

    4. Enter all the information asked (e-mail/password).

    5. Once that is done, you should be able to sign in to his account and look at his download history to find the game.

    You can transfer from x box 360 to PS4 but the profile that you want to bring overs gamertag must be linked to the Rockstar Social Club.
